A beautiful clear, deep cobalt blue decorates this fine spongeware custard cup in a medium size. Except for some interior crazing to the glaze, it is in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A small blue and white spongeware custard cup with great deep cobalt blue decoration. There are two faint hairlines in the interior that do not go through. Some tiny glaze flakes on the top rim and one kiln flaw that is original in the making. In excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A small sized spongeware custard cup with light blue decoration. Color is clear and strong. There is a faint hairline in the interior that does not go through. There is one small chip and one kiln flaw on the bottom rim. Overall, a great piece. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A nice large blue and white sponge decorated bowl with three blue stripes. Clean, hand sponged decoration in a medium shade of blue. There is a slight hairline in interior base that does not go through. There are two 1/2" kiln flaws  on one side of the bowl that are original in the making. There is a 1/8" chip on the bottom base rim. A great form. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A wonderful cut sponge deep cobalt blue and white Amish Snowflake pattern cup and saucer. There are a few tiny kiln flaws original in the making and light crazing in the glaze. The initials SB are impressed on the bottom of the saucer. This mark, so far, has only been found on the Amish Snowflake pattern. There are three possibilities of potters, Sefton & Brown, Smith & Binnall and Sharpe Bros. & Co..In excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A wonderful cut sponge deep cobalt blue and white Amish Snowflake pattern cup and saucer. The saucer is in excellent condition and impressed with the initials SB on the bottom. The cup has a shallow 1/8" chip on the interior top rim. There are some very tiny kiln flaws original in the making and light crazing in the glaze. Overall, in great condition. A beautiful scalloped rectangular blue and white spongeware decorated platter with strong, rich deep cobalt blue color. The dark cobalt blue glaze smear on the edge is as smooth as the surrounding area. There are four kiln stilt support marks on the underside. In excellent condition.
